Am Samstag, den 3. Juni 2023 eröffnet in Monheim am Rhein im Rahmen der Monheim Triennale II die internationale Klangkunstausstellung The Sound – Sonic Art in Public Spaces.

In Kooperation mit radio.earth entwickelt The Sound ein Hörfenster von live gestreamten Orten, die akustisch im öffentlichen Raum in Monheim am Rhein mittels der Klangelemente des monheim_cube von Mischa Kuball wiedergegeben werden. Das Projekt radio.earth wird von einer Gruppe ausgewählter Fieldrecording-Aktivisten betrieben. Sie sind weltweit vernetzt und richten an unterschiedlichsten Orten Streamings ein, die sie als Hörfenster anbieten. So sorgen sie für eine künstlerische Plattform für Debatten zur Klangökologie und Wahrnehmung von Realräumen.

Aktuell präsentiert PRISKA PASQUER PARIS die Einzelausstellung "Eclipse and Beyond" von Mischa Kuball. Sie gibt einen Überblick über die künstlerische Arbeit und Herangehensweise des Konzeptkünstlers und kehrt zudem sein Interesse an abstrakten Formen und ihrer Symbolkraft hervor.

Im Rahmen der Ausstellung lädt PRISKA PASQUER PARIS am Samstag, den 10. Juni 2023 zum Artist Talk mit Mischa Kuball und Heinz-Norbert Jocks ein. Die Veranstaltung beginnt um 17 Uhr in den Galerieräumen im Marais, 6 rue des Coutures Saint-Gervais, 75003 Paris.

Beinahe vier Monate ist das schwere Erdbeben in Kurdistan, Syrien und der Türkei her. Noch immer besteht dringender Bedarf an finanzieller Unterstützung und Hilfe vor Ort. Am Mittwoch, den 21. Juni 2023 veranstaltet das Mouches Volantes in Köln ab 18 Uhr eine Benefiz-Auktion zugunsten der Erdbebenbetroffenen. Mischa Kuball beteiligt sich mit einer Arbeit an der von Ihsan Alisan, Marleen Rothaus und Nora Hase organisierten Aktion.

On Saturday, June 3, 2023, the international sound art exhibition The Sound – Sonic Art in Public Spaces will open in Monheim am Rhein as part of the Monheim Triennale II.

In cooperation with radio.earth, The Sound develops a listening window of live-streamed locations that are acoustically reproduced in the public space in Monheim am Rhein by means of the sound elements of the monheim_cube by Mischa Kuball. The radio.earth project is run by a group of selected field recording activists. They are networked worldwide and set up streamings at various locations, which they offer as listening windows. In this way, they provide an artistic platform for debates on the ecology of sound and the perception of real spaces.

The Sound in the monheim_cube by Mischa Kuball starts on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 2:30 pm on the shopping boulevard between the bus station and Eierplatz in Monheim am Rhein. You can also listen to the live stream at monheim_cube online from June 2, 2023:

PRISKA PASQUER PARIS is currently presenting the solo exhibition "Eclipse and Beyond" by Mischa Kuball. It provides an overview of the conceptual artist's artistic work and approach and also highlights his interest in abstract forms and their symbolic power.

As part of the exhibition, PRISKA PASQUER PARIS invites you to an Artist Talk with Mischa Kuball and Heinz-Norbert Jocks on Saturday, June 10, 2023. The event will start at 5 pm in the gallery spaces in the Marais, 6 rue des Coutures Saint-Gervais, 75003 Paris.

It has been almost four months since the severe earthquake in Kurdistan, Syria and Turkey. There is still an urgent need for financial support and help on the ground. On Wednesday, June 21, 2023, the Mouches Volantes in Cologne will hold a charity auction at 6 pm to benefit those affected by the earthquake. Mischa Kuball is participating with a work in the action organized by Ihsan Alisan, Marleen Rothaus and Nora Hase.
