Im Epilog zur Ausstellung "Spek/trum – die Stadt als Resonanzkörper" (Juli bis Oktober 2022) sprechen Mischa Kuball und Michael Pendry über nomadische Kunst und Installationen im öffentlichen Raum als Ausgangspunkt für gesellschaftliche Diskurse. Das Künstlergespräch findet am Dienstag, 25. Juli 2023 um 19 Uhr im Werksviertel München statt. Das Gespräch wird moderiert von Dr. Martina Taubenberger. The Temptation to Exist: Ausstellung in Berlin

In der Ausstellung "Alfredo Jaar. The Temptation to Exist" in der Galerie Thomas Schulte in Berlin setzt Alfredo Jaar Fotografie, Film, Installation und neue Medien ein, um fesselnde Werke zu schaffen. In diesen setzt sich der gebürtig aus Chile stammende Künstler mit komplexen soziopolitischen Themen sowie der Ethik und den Grenzen der Repräsentation auseinander. Für die Ausstellung, die sich aus zwei großen Installationen zusammensetzt, hat Alfredo Jaar Werke von rund 50 Kunstschaffenden ausgewählt, die seit den 1950er-Jahren versucht haben, Widerstand zu leisten und die Welt zu verändern. Als Teil des Gesamtkunstwerks ist Mischa Kuball mit seiner Arbeit Berlin floater_drone von 2019 vertreten.

Mit einem inhaltlichen Fokus auf Fragen nach unserem Umgang mit Ressourcen und Naturräumen zeigen Kunstschaffende einen Abend lang Arbeiten zum Thema Licht und Klang. Bei der fünften Ausgabe von Fire Flies stellt Mischa Kuball seine Arbeit fieses Licht im Malkastenpark Düsseldorf aus. Die Ausstellung findet am 5. September von 19 bis circa 23 Uhr statt.

In the exhibition "Alfredo Jaar. The Temptation to Exist" at Galerie Thomas Schulte in Berlin, Alfredo Jaar uses photography, film, installation and new media to create captivating works. In these, the Chilean-born artist explores complex socio-political issues as well as the ethics and limits of representation. For the exhibition, which is composed of two large installations, Alfredo Jaar has selected works by around 50 artists who have tried to resist and change the world since the 1950s. As part of the Gesamtkunstwerk, Mischa Kuball is represented with his work Berlin floater_drone from 2019.

With a content focus on questions about our handling of resources and natural spaces, artists show works on the theme of light and sound for one evening. At the fifth edition of Fire Flies, Mischa Kuball will exhibit his work fieses Licht at Malkastenpark Düsseldorf. The exhibition will take place on September 5 from 7 pm to approximately 11 pm.
